Aura Energy Limited has announced the issuance of over one million new ordinary shares at an exercise price of A$0.052 each, which are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM around May 7, 2024. With this new issuance, the company’s total voting rights will amount to 728,535,878 ordinary shares. These developments come as Aura continues to progress its Tiris Uranium Project in Mauritania and the Häggån Project in Sweden, aiming to transition from exploration to production in response to the growing demand for nuclear power.
