Audeara Ltd. (AU:AUA) has released an update.
Audeara Limited has reported a change in Director David Trimboli’s interest, with an acquisition of 592,332 ordinary shares and 1,500,000 unlisted options, as per the latest ASX filing. The shares and options were issued as part of director fee accruals and incentive plans, respectively, as approved in the recent General Meeting. Following the changes, Trimboli now holds over 2 million ordinary shares and 1.8 million options in the company.
