Ats Corporation (TSE:ATS) has released an update.
ATS Corporation has partnered with Mason Capital Management and Scotiabank to conduct a secondary offering of 3.5 million shares, priced at C$46.55 each, aiming to raise approximately C$163 million. The transaction also includes an over-allotment option for an additional 147,000 shares within 30 days post-closing. Notably, all proceeds will go to the Selling Shareholder, Mason Capital, which has expressed ongoing support for ATS’s growth and future.
