Atomos Limited has announced a significant change in Director Jeromy Michael Young’s stake in the company. As of May 20, 2024, Young has acquired an additional 403,963 shares and 201,982 options directly, as well as 100 million shares and 100 million options indirectly, at $0.02 per share. This transaction, conducted under an Entitlement Offer and Placement, has notably increased Young’s direct and indirect interests in the company.
