However, amidst a dispute with Chardan, the company is holding off on registering any shares for resale linked to this note. Meanwhile, AtlasClear has directed the issuance of over 145,000 shares to settle interest payments on different notes held by sellers from a recent acquisition, ensuring they meet their obligations and maintain investor relations.
