The company has filed for and received a Management Cease Trade Order, which restricts trading by its CEO and interim CFO until the filings are completed, which is expected by May 17, 2024. ATI is known for its energy-saving sensor technologies and is preparing to launch a new wireless product line aimed at reducing carbon emissions and improving air quality.
