Atalaya Mining (GB:ATYM) has released an update.
Atalaya Mining PLC announced the issuance of 66,500 new ordinary shares following the exercise of share options by employees. These shares are set to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, enlarging the total issued share capital to 139,965,709 shares post-Admission. Atalaya, known for operating the Proyecto Riotinto in Spain, is a copper producer whose shares are traded on the Main Market of the LSE under the symbol ‘ATYM’.
