atai Life Sciences N.V. has appointed Anne Johnson as their new Chief Financial Officer following Stephen Bardin’s decision to step down post-parental leave. Johnson, who joined the company in 2021, will continue her roles as principal accounting officer and financial officer. Bardin will provide transition services until the end of March 2024, while receiving severance benefits including continued salary, health coverage, and a bonus as outlined in his employment agreement.
