AstraZeneca PLC has successfully passed all resolutions during its Annual General Meeting (AGM), with a notable majority of shareholders backing the company’s Remuneration Policy. The company will engage further with shareholders on specific resolutions and provide an update within six months, as part of their commitment to adhering to the UK Corporate Governance Code. As of April 9, 2024, AstraZeneca had 1,550,231,084 ordinary shares, all of which entitled holders to vote at the AGM.
