AST SpaceMobile Completes Class A Stock Offering

AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) has released an update.

AST SpaceMobile, Inc. completed its announced offering of over 32 million shares of Class A common stock on January 23, 2024, followed by the sale of an additional 4.8 million shares after underwriters exercised their option on January 25, 2024. The final closing of the option shares occurred on January 29, 2024, with the company netting $14.1 million before expenses.
