Assure Holdings Corp. faced a setback when they reconvened their annual stockholders’ meeting, initially adjourned, only to adjourn it once more due to insufficient votes. The meeting aimed to secure approval for increasing authorized common shares and to issue preferred stock with variable rights. However, the lack of necessary support led to the cancellation of the meeting on February 9, 2024, with no further attempts to adjourn.
