Aspira Women’s Health Inc. is bolstering its senior management with the appointment of Sandra Milligan as President, effective April 1, 2024. A seasoned healthcare veteran, Dr. Milligan brings over 25 years of experience from top biopharmaceutical companies, with a focus on women’s health. Under the terms of her employment, she will receive a $400,000 base salary, potential bonuses, and stock options, along with standard benefits. Dr. Milligan’s contract includes a severance package and post-employment non-compete and non-solicitation clauses.
