Australian Strategic Materials Ltd (ASM) and Caspin Resources Limited have entered a joint venture agreement, with Caspin retaining a 25% ‘free carried’ interest in the Rare Earth Elements potential at their Mount Squires Project. The deal entails ASM undertaking exploratory metallurgical work and drilling, with Caspin focusing on other metals and receiving up to A$1.5 million in milestone payments. This partnership leverages ASM’s expertise in the rare earth sector while allowing Caspin to continue its pursuit of nickel, copper, and gold prospects without financial obligations.
