Ashtead Group plc (GB:AHT) has released an update.
Ashtead Group plc has continued its share repurchase program by buying back 4,000 of its own shares on April 22, 2024, at an average price of 5,611 pence per share. Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital consists of 437,306,744 ordinary shares, with an additional 14,048,089 shares held in Treasury. This buyback is a part of Ashtead’s substantial $500 million repurchase scheme announced in May 2023.
