Ashtead Group plc (GB:AHT) has released an update.
Ashtead Group plc has progressed with its share repurchase program by buying back 4,000 of its ordinary shares on April 18, 2024, at an average price of 5,608 pence per share. This transaction is part of the company’s up to $500 million buyback initiative announced in May 2023. Post-purchase, Ashtead’s total shares in issue, excluding those held in Treasury, stand at 437,314,744.
