Ashland Inc. has announced that Min Chong, Senior Vice President and General Manager, will be leaving the company on April 30, 2024. This departure is deemed a Qualifying Termination, making Mr. Chong eligible for severance payments and benefits. These entitlements are part of a plan designed to provide for company executives following their exit, under conditions that include a release of claims and agreements to maintain confidentiality and non-solicitation.
