Ascential plc has successfully passed shareholder resolutions regarding a significant £850 million return of value to its shareholders, including a £300 million share buyback tender offer, a special dividend of at least £450 million, and additional on-market share buybacks totalling £100 million. The approval was confirmed during a general meeting, with an overwhelming majority voting in favor of the tender offer and the share consolidation that accompanies the special dividend.
