Arvinas Holding Company (ARVN) has released an update.
Sean Cassidy is set to resign as the CFO, Treasurer, and principal financial officer of Arvinas, Inc. by the end of February 2024, to pursue a new opportunity. The company’s Board has named Randy Teel, Ph.D., as the interim CFO while they search for a permanent replacement. Dr. Teel brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in corporate development at Arvinas and strategic positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and McKinsey & Company. Despite his new responsibilities, his compensation and employment terms will remain unchanged.
