Artemis Resources Limited has announced a halt in trading of its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as of May 8, 2024, to conduct a capital raising initiative aimed at funding further exploration of its gold projects and enhancing general working capital. The trading halt is expected to last until an announcement is made or trading resumes on May 10, 2024, but trading on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market is not affected. The company is engaged in gold, copper, and lithium projects in Western Australia and owns the Radio Hill processing plant.
