The company’s performance was bolstered by strong momentum in the EMEA region and robust contributions from its value-added offerings and ECS business.

The company’s consolidated sales for the first quarter of 2025 reached $6.814 billion, slightly down from $6.924 billion in the same quarter of the previous year. Despite a 2% year-over-year decrease in sales, the company managed to achieve earnings per share of $1.51 and non-GAAP earnings per share of $1.80, both exceeding expectations. The Global Components segment saw an 8% year-over-year decline in sales, while the Global Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) segment experienced an 18% increase, reflecting strong growth in EMEA and stable performance in the Americas.

Arrow Electronics reported a net income attributable to shareholders of $80 million, with a non-GAAP net income of $95 million. The company generated approximately $350 million in cash flow from operations and repurchased $50 million of shares. Additionally, Arrow reduced its net working capital by $340 million and decreased its gross balance sheet debt by $280 million, demonstrating effective financial management.

Looking ahead, Arrow Electronics anticipates consolidated sales for the second quarter of 2025 to range between $6.70 billion and $7.30 billion. The company expects net income per share on a diluted basis to be between $2.80 and $3.00, with non-GAAP net income per share ranging from $1.90 to $2.10. Management remains optimistic about the company’s future performance, driven by strategic initiatives and market demand across its segments.
