Armata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has appointed David House as their new Senior Vice President of Finance, starting August 16, 2024. House brings extensive experience from previous financial leadership roles at ZO Skin Health, Inc. and other companies, emphasizing his expertise in managing global accounting operations and financial integration for mergers and acquisitions. His compensation package includes a $350,000 base salary, potential bonuses, stock options, and benefits, with provisions for severance payments and accelerated vesting of equity awards under certain conditions. House has no prior connections with the company’s directors or executive officers and will be replacing Richard Rychlik as the principal financial officer.
