Armada Hoffler Properties (AHH) has released an update.
Louis S. Haddad has stepped down as President of Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc., with Shawn J. Tibbetts taking over the role while also maintaining his duties as Chief Operating Officer. Haddad continues as CEO and remains on the Board. Tibbetts, who has no family ties with other directors or officers and is not involved in any related-party transactions requiring disclosure, is under the company’s standard indemnification agreement and executive severance benefit plan. The corporate reshuffle, including Tibbetts’ unchanged compensation, was publicly announced in a press release.
