Arisz Acquisition Corp. (ARIZ) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
Arisz Acquisition Corp. successfully convened its annual stockholders’ meeting through teleconference, reaching a quorum with over 77% of shares represented. Shareholders unanimously approved key proposals, including extending the deadline for Arisz to complete a business combination to November 2024. This extension allows for up to nine additional one-month periods. The stockholders also re-elected Romain Guerel as a director and ratified the appointment of Marcum LLP as independent auditors for the upcoming fiscal year.
