Aristocrat Leisure Limited has finalized the acquisition of NeoGames, a leader in online Real Money Gaming, which supports Aristocrat’s ‘build and buy’ strategy to expand in global online RMG markets. The merger leads to the creation of Aristocrat Interactive, uniting Anaxi and NeoGames under a single brand led by new CEO Moti Malul. Aristocrat will report its updated business segments in the forthcoming first-half fiscal results of 2024, reflecting the company’s strategic growth and integration.
