ARCA biopharma, Inc. has announced the mutual decision to end Dr. Michael Bristow’s role as President, CEO, and Director, effective April 3, 2024, with no disputes cited. He will receive a severance payment and has also agreed to a consulting deal with ARCA. Simultaneously, Thomas A. Keuer, long-serving COO, steps up as President and principal executive officer, without extra pay, until the completion of ARCA’s merger with Oruka Therapeutics.
