Aquestive Therapeutics (AQST) has provided an update.
Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. has bolstered its Board of Directors with the addition of Abigail L. Jenkins, commencing April 1, 2024. Jenkins, who will also join the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, has been recognized as an independent director under Nasdaq rules and will serve a term until the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. She was carefully selected after an extensive search and review process facilitated by an independent advisory firm and will participate in the company’s non-employee director compensation program, which includes receiving 57,000 stock options as part of her appointment.
