Aptitude Software Group plc, a leading provider of finance transformation software, has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 305 pence each to be held as treasury shares. Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital is now reduced to 57,136,011 Ordinary Shares, excluding those held in treasury. This buyback is part of a previously announced Share Buyback Programme, with further purchases to be communicated in due course.
