Aptitude Software Group plc (GB:APTD) has released an update.
Aptitude Software Group plc, a leader in finance transformation software, has announced the purchase of 20,000 of its own shares at 305 pence each, to be held in treasury, as part of its Share Buyback Programme initiated on 21 March 2024. Following this transaction, the total number of outstanding shares has decreased to 57,141,011, excluding those held in treasury. The company has committed to further announcements upon the completion of additional share buybacks.
