Applyflow Limited has announced a security consolidation affecting its ordinary fully paid shares and options expiring at various dates and prices. The reorganization will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis starting 28th May 2024, with the record date set for 29th May 2024 and the issue date on 5th June 2024. The consolidation has received the required security holder approval.
