Applied Digital Corporation recently faced a power outage at their Garden City datacenter due to necessary maintenance work by their service provider, expected to last three days with potential material revenue impact for the quarter if extended. Meanwhile, an earlier outage at their Ellendale datacenter has been resolved with upgrades to stabilize the electrical supply. Both outages did not affect their high-performance computing (HPC) hosting datacenters under construction or cloud services, which utilize third-party facilities. The company cautions that forward-looking statements in their report are subject to uncertainties which could affect actual results.
