Antilles Gold Ltd (AU:AAU) has released an update.
Antilles Gold Limited has announced the acquisition of a second A$1.0 million Convertible Note from Patras Capital, identical in terms to the first note issued earlier in March 2024. The Note, which matures on April 30, 2026 with no interest but a A$100,000 discount, strengthens the company’s financial position as it aims to invest the majority of the funds in its Cuban joint venture, Minera La Victoria, for the advancement of the Nueva Sabana gold-copper mine.
