AnteoTech Ltd (AU:ADO) has released an update.
AnteoTech Ltd, a company operating in the clean energy and life sciences sectors, has announced an extension of its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) until 10 May 2024, with the aim of raising an additional $1.0 million. Eligible shareholders can apply for up to $50,000 worth of new shares at $0.025 each, and receive one free option for every two new shares purchased, exercisable at $0.035. There’s also a bonus option scheme for early exercise of options, though these will not be quoted on the ASX.
