Anson Resources Limited has reported a change in the holdings of director Bruce Richardson, who adjusted his direct and indirect interest in the company. Richardson converted 1,200,000 Tranche G Performance Rights into the same number of ordinary shares, maintaining his direct shareholding at 9,733,596 shares, while his indirect shareholding increased to 17,967,272 ordinary shares. The transaction, which took place on April 17, 2024, did not involve any cash consideration.
