Ansarada Group Ltd is set to be acquired by Datasite for A$2.50 per share, pending shareholder approval of both the buyout and a separate transaction involving the sale of several Ansarada products. An independent expert has deemed the acquisition fair and in shareholders’ best interests, with directors recommending approval. Shareholders will have the opportunity to vote on both matters at upcoming hybrid meetings.
