Anglo Eastern Plantations (GB:AEP) has released an update.
Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc has executed a share buyback, acquiring 1,689 ordinary shares at a price of 748 GBp each, which will be held in treasury and contribute to the total of 39,976,272 shares in issue. Following this purchase, the total voting rights in the company amount to 39,540,331, a figure relevant for shareholders in compliance with FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Since the initiation of the buyback program in August 2023, the company has accumulated 96,041 treasury shares.
