Anglo American PLC successfully passed all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2024, with majority shareholder approval on various company matters including the election and re-election of board members and financial approvals. The results of the voting showed strong support for most agenda items with the highest approval rates for the final dividend and auditor’s remuneration.
