Ampol Limited’s director Matthew William Halliday has updated his interests in the company’s shares, acquiring 89,608 fully paid ordinary shares and 17,199 restricted shares, while disposing of 90,880 performance rights. The transactions included the vesting of short and long-term incentives into fully paid ordinary shares, as detailed in the company’s latest annual report. Post-transaction, Halliday holds a total of 236,908 fully paid ordinary shares, 204,068 performance rights, and 38,923 restricted shares.
