AMP Limited (AU:AMP) has released an update.
At the recent Annual General Meeting, AMP Limited shareholders passed all proposed resolutions, including the election of new directors Kathleen Bailey-Lord and Anna Leibel, the adoption of the remuneration report, and the approval of the CEO’s long-term incentive plan for 2024. Notably, a conditional spill resolution was not required as less than 25% of votes were cast against the remuneration report. The results confirm strong shareholder support for the company’s strategic direction and executive compensation policies.
