American Lithium Corp. has been alerted by Nasdaq for not meeting the minimum share bid price, but this does not affect its current trading on the exchange. The company has until September 4, 2024, to comply with the bid price rule or potentially receive an extension. Additionally, the company has terminated its marketing agreement with New Era Publishing, which was not in line with TSX Venture Exchange policies.
