Mark Chiplock has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, starting August 31, 2024, replacing Doran Hole who resigned to explore new opportunities. Chiplock, with the Company since 2014, previously served as Interim CFO and comes with extensive experience, including a leadership role at GlassHouse Technologies. Alongside his new position, Chiplock will receive an increased salary, stock options, and eligibility for the Short-Term Incentive Bonus Plan, without any undisclosed material interests or familial ties to the Company’s board.
