Amcor PLC Shs Chess Depository Interests (AU:AMC) has released an update.
Amcor plc has announced the filing of a Preliminary Prospectus Supplement for the issuance of a new series of EUR-denominated guaranteed senior notes, which will be unconditionally guaranteed by Amcor and its specified subsidiaries. The notes are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, with the aim to enhance the company’s financial flexibility. Amcor is a global packaging company with a focus on responsible solutions, reporting $14.7 billion in annual sales for fiscal year 2023.
