Ambev SA has been requested by B3 S.A. to clarify a bankruptcy request filed against it by Sherwin Williams do Brasil, as reported by the newspaper Valor Econômico. The company has acknowledged the claim but indicates that it conflicts with its strong financial position and plans to take appropriate legal actions to address and contest the claim. Ambev reassures stakeholders of its intention to provide a guarantee for the disputed amount.
