Altus Power (AMPS) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its asset transaction finalization.
On January 31, 2024, Altus Power, LLC, a subsidiary of the Company, acquired approximately 84 megawatts of solar assets from Vitol Solar I LLC in a transaction known as the Vitol Acquisition. The Membership Interest Purchase Agreement set the base purchase price at around $118 million, which was paid using cash reserves and may be adjusted for working capital and other factors.
