Altria Group Inc (MO) just unveiled an update.
Jacinto J. Hernandez has retired as a director from the board of Altria Group, Inc., effective immediately as of February 23, 2024. Despite his retirement, he isn’t severing ties with Altria entirely; he’s set to provide strategic advisory services to the company for the next five years, for which he will receive an annual consulting fee of $300,000. Altria publicly announced this transition in a press release issued on February 26, 2024.
