Alpha Professional Holdings Ltd. has fully acquired Smart Front Developments Limited and Welfit (HK) Limited, with the transactions being significant enough to require disclosure under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules. The company’s subsidiary purchased 100% of Smart Front for HK$17.5 million, gaining an 80% stake in Welfit in the process, and separately acquired the remaining 20% of Welfit for HK$4.375 million, making both entities wholly-owned subsidiaries.
