Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc (Alpha FMC) has entered an offer period after receiving a non-binding proposal from Bridgepoint Advisers Limited for a potential cash offer on its entire issued and to-be-issued ordinary share capital, with due diligence as a precondition. A possible offer is also being contemplated by Cinven Limited, although no formal proposal has been presented yet. There is no guarantee that any offer will be made for Alpha FMC, and interested parties have until 29 May 2024 to announce their intentions.
