Alpha Copper Corp. has completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $839,999.88 through the issuance of nearly seven million units at $0.12 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant, exercisable at $0.16 per share for 24 months. The funds will be used for general working capital and to meet existing property commitments, which could enhance the company’s operational capacity and strengthen its position in the copper and gold exploration industry.
