Alcidion Group Limited has reported a change in the holdings of director Katrina Elizabeth Doyle, with an on-market acquisition of 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a valuation ranging between $0.045 and $0.047 per share. This transaction has adjusted Doyle’s direct and indirect interest in the company to 27,793,199 and 20,668,086 shares respectively. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
