Akora Resources Ltd. has successfully raised approximately $800,999.90 through the issuance of 5,339,999 ordinary shares at $0.15 each to sophisticated and professional investors. This strategic move aligns with the company’s commitment to cleaner steel production, as its flagship Bekisopa Iron Ore Project in Madagascar is set to supply high-grade, low-impurity iron ore concentrate for greener steelmaking technologies. With the potential to produce premium iron ore grades above 67% Fe, Akora Resources is also planning to produce and ship up to 2 million tonnes per annum of a 61% Fe grade direct shipping ore.
