Sofie Valdersnes, an employee elected board member of Aker ASA, and Håkon Enerstvedt, associated with Valdersnes, each bought 546 shares of Aker BP at a 20% discount, with a three-year lock-up period. The discounted purchase price was NOK 182.87 per share, and post-transaction, Valdersnes and Enerstvedt hold 2,442 and 1,579 Aker BP shares respectively, with no shares in Aker ASA.
